Three techniques in every session: manual lymphatic drainage, G5 vibration therapy, and vacuum therapy. A licensed therapist arrives at your home with all the equipment.

Keep scrolling — “before” fades into “after.” Puffiness and retained fluid go down, the waist and flanks lose volume, the silhouette gets sharper.
Lasting results come with a full course, combined with nutrition and daily activity.
What happens during a session
Every session follows the same protocol: first we activate lymph flow, then work the subcutaneous layer with a professional device, then treat the fascia with vacuum therapy. The order matters — each step prepares the tissue for the next.
A manual technique of soft, rhythmic strokes that follow the direction of lymph flow. The lymphatic system is your body’s drainage — it removes excess fluid and metabolic waste, but unlike blood, it has no pump of its own. This massage starts that flow manually.
The G5 is a professional high-frequency vibration device. Its head delivers thousands of oscillations per minute, reaching where hands can’t: skin, subcutaneous fat, fascia, and muscle.
Controlled negative pressure (cupping): the tissue is gently lifted, which works the fascia and connective tissue — layers regular massage barely touches. We add it from the second or third session, once your body has adapted.
The honest mechanics
This is not “fat melting in one visit” — and we won’t promise that. The real mechanism is different: a large part of excess volume is retained fluid and puffiness. Lymphatic drainage clears it out, G5 boosts circulation and metabolism in the subcutaneous layer, and vacuum therapy restores tissue mobility.
That’s why most clients notice a difference after the very first session: the stomach and flanks feel “deflated,” the body feels lighter. It’s a real, measurable effect — and it becomes lasting over a course.
Weight loss is built on a calorie deficit. The course amplifies and polishes the result in stubborn zones, but it doesn’t replace nutrition. The best combo: a moderate deficit + a course of sessions. Get your numbers in the calculator below.
Why athletes rely on these techniques. Vibration and lymphatic massage have long been used in sports practice: they speed up recovery after training, reduce swelling, and help refine definition when the workouts are already there but stubborn puffiness and a dense subcutaneous layer won’t budge.
A common case: a man trains regularly, his weight is fine — but the abs won’t show. Working the subcutaneous layer and fascia is exactly for that, with no impact on muscle mass.

A course, not a one-time miracle
Session one is lymphatic drainage plus G5: clearing puffiness and firing up circulation. From session 2–3 vacuum therapy joins in — that’s when the work on fascia and definition begins.
We work on the abdomen, flanks, chest, waist, hips and arms — several areas in a single visit.

Back and flanks
Fluid congestion builds up on the back, flanks and lower back too — and these zones respond very well to the “lymphatic + G5 + vacuum” combination.
Several areas can be combined in one session — the program is built around you.

FAQ
No — it’s a comfortable procedure. Pressure and intensity are adjusted to your comfort level throughout the session.
Many clients see a reduction in measurements, but results vary. The techniques work on puffiness, fluid retention and circulation — lasting results also depend on nutrition, hydration and activity.
Los Angeles and nearby cities. Further out (like Bakersfield) is possible for daytime appointments. Same price — travel is included.
Nothing — your therapist brings the table, the devices, and everything else. You just need some open space and comfortable clothing.
Bruising is possible after vacuum therapy — it’s individual and depends on your capillary depth. Whether you bruise or not only affects the interval between sessions, not the results.
A licensed massage therapist. The service is for male clients only; sessions are performed by licensed therapists — both male and female practitioners, based on scheduling.
