Encino owns the Valley's best flat training real estate: the Sepulveda Basin with Lake Balboa's loop, the Encino velodrome — one of only a handful of outdoor tracks in California — and the hills south of Ventura Blvd rising straight into the Santa Monica Mountains. Cyclists, runners and hill hikers all call it home turf.
We serve Encino from the flats to the hillside streets at the standard rate: $180 flat, travel included.
The Valley's training floor: the lake loop for runners, the long flat connectors for cyclists, cricket fields, the works. Flat volume is quiet volume — the legs just get heavier by degrees until someone drains them.
A genuine outdoor track with a racing community around it. Track cycling is repeated anaerobic flooding — quads fill up lap after lap, and the congestion outlasts the session by days.
Residential climbs rising toward Mulholland — steep streets that double as hill repeats, with the usual descent tax on the quads.
Encino's share of the Valley fitness row — strength studios and big-box gyms between the errands.
Who books in Encino: track cyclists off the velodrome with legs that stay flooded; Basin runners and walkers logging daily loops; hillside residents whose street is their gym; older athletes who want recovery treated as seriously as training. Encino has one of our highest course-conversion rates — the velodrome crowd understands protocols.
Cycling congests quads like nothing else — repeated flooding with no impact to pump it back out. Drainage opens the return pathways, G5 works the vastus mass directly, vacuum frees the IT-band fascia. The table comes to your place in the flats or the hills; same price either way.
Manual technique that activates lymph flow, clearing retained fluid and puffiness — always the first step. The lymphatic system has no pump of its own; this is how it gets one.
Professional device work on the subcutaneous layer, fascia and muscle — thousands of oscillations per minute, deeper than any foam roller, with intensity adjusted to you.
Controlled negative pressure for fascia and connective tissue, added from session 2–3 once the body adapts. Bruising is possible and individual — it doesn't affect results.

Thursday or Friday for the pre-race flush, or Sunday to clear the race out. Course clients here often do both ends of the weekend.
The vacuum and G5 work covers the lateral thigh fascia as part of the leg protocol — tell the therapist you ride and the session weights accordingly.
Yes — the service is for male clients only. Sessions are performed by licensed massage therapists, both male and female practitioners, based on scheduling.
Almost nothing: about 6×8 feet of open floor for the table, and comfortable clothes. The therapist brings the table, the G5 device, cups, and everything else.
Most clients feel lighter and less puffy after the first visit — that's the fluid clearing out. Lasting change in shape comes with a course, combined with nutrition and activity.
A licensed therapist arrives in Encino with the table and all equipment. Men only · $180 · travel included.
