Northridge trains around CSUN: the campus loop is the neighborhood's default run, Limekiln and Aliso Canyon wash trails cut green corridors through the grid, and the student-and-faculty gym population keeps the local strength scene younger and busier than the Valley average.
Northridge is fully inside our service area — flat $180, travel included, evening slots for the after-class crowd.
The default Northridge run — flat, repeatable, and busy from dawn. Repeatable flat miles are the quiet fluid-builder; students and staff log them daily without a recovery plan.
The wash trail north through the neighborhood — soft-surface miles with gentle grade, the closest thing to trail running without leaving the grid.
The parallel green corridor — walkers, runners and the occasional hill spur toward Porter Ranch for those who want grade.
Campus rec, the 24-hour gyms on Reseda — high-volume lifting on student schedules, which means late nights, irregular recovery and the perma-pump that comes with both.
Who books in Northridge: CSUN staff and grad students who train daily; lifters from the Reseda gym strip; wash-trail runners logging soft-surface miles; Valley families where the session rotates between partners... men's slots here, with the women's direction in build. Northridge clients are schedule-driven — evening and weekend slots dominate.
Student-schedule training — late, hard, irregular — builds congestion faster than any routine, because recovery never gets a fixed slot. Give it one: a weekly session at home, drainage first, G5 on the week's dense spots, vacuum where fascia stuck. Cheaper than a missed month of progress.
Manual technique that activates lymph flow, clearing retained fluid and puffiness — always the first step. The lymphatic system has no pump of its own; this is how it gets one.
Professional device work on the subcutaneous layer, fascia and muscle — thousands of oscillations per minute, deeper than any foam roller, with intensity adjusted to you.
Controlled negative pressure for fascia and connective tissue, added from session 2–3 once the body adapts. Bruising is possible and individual — it doesn't affect results.
1 · Pick your areas, date and time in the online form — it shows real openings in our schedule.
2 · The therapist confirms the visit and any parking or access details.
3 · We arrive with the table, the G5 device, cups and everything else — you need about 6×8 feet of floor.
4 · 60–80 minutes: lymphatic drainage, then G5, then vacuum therapy (from session 2–3).
5 · Payment by Zelle or Venmo. No travel fee, ever.
We also cover Porter Ranch, Granada Hills, Reseda, Chatsworth and Van Nuys. We come in on the 118, the 405 and Reseda Blvd.
The price is flat at $180 — what flexes is the schedule: evening and weekend slots exist, and the 4×$350 installment plan spreads the 10-session course.
Heat worsens fluid retention, so sessions land harder in summer in the good sense. Your AC does the ambience; we do the drainage.
Yes — the service is for male clients only. Sessions are performed by licensed massage therapists, both male and female practitioners, based on scheduling.
Almost nothing: about 6×8 feet of open floor for the table, and comfortable clothes. The therapist brings the table, the G5 device, cups, and everything else.
Most clients feel lighter and less puffy after the first visit — that's the fluid clearing out. Lasting change in shape comes with a course, combined with nutrition and activity.
