West Hollywood might have the highest gym-memberships-per-block count in America. The strip of gyms along Santa Monica Blvd is an institution, Runyon Canyon starts a few blocks north, and this is a city where people walk — to the gym, to brunch, to the next gym. Training is social currency here, and it shows.
We serve all of WeHo — flats, hills and everything on the Blvd — at the standard flat price: $180, travel included, with evening slots that fit around gym schedules.
Decades of serious lifting culture concentrated into a walkable mile. Volume training four to six days a week is normal here — and so is the plateau where definition stops improving no matter how clean the diet gets. That plateau is usually congestion, not fat.
WeHo's north border feeds straight into the canyon — steep grades, hill sprints, and a descent that loads the quads on the way home. Combined with lifting, it's a heavy weekly total.
Outdoor circuits, morning bootcamps, and the pickup fitness scene between the Blvd and Fountain. Add it to gym volume and the weekly load rivals a competitive athlete's.
WeHo walks more than anywhere in LA — which is great, and still doesn't drain the deep congestion that heavy training builds. Walking moves blood; drainage moves lymph.
Who books in West Hollywood: lifters chasing stage-level definition; actors and models with shoot deadlines; guys doing the gym-plus-Runyon double who can't shake the puffy look despite real discipline. WeHo clients know their bodies well — they book because they can tell the difference between fat and fluid, and they want the fluid gone.
When training is already dialed in, congestion is the bottleneck: the subcutaneous layer holds fluid and hides the work. Lymphatic drainage clears it, G5 breaks up the dense spots, vacuum frees the fascia. We set up in your apartment — no parking on the Blvd, no gym crowd.
Manual technique that activates lymph flow, clearing retained fluid and puffiness — always the first step. The lymphatic system has no pump of its own; this is how it gets one.
Professional device work on the subcutaneous layer, fascia and muscle — thousands of oscillations per minute, deeper than any foam roller, with intensity adjusted to you.
Controlled negative pressure for fascia and connective tissue, added from session 2–3 once the body adapts. Bruising is possible and individual — it doesn't affect results.
1 · Pick your areas, date and time in the online form — it shows real openings in our schedule.
2 · The therapist confirms the visit and any parking or access details.
3 · We arrive with the table, the G5 device, cups and everything else — you need about 6×8 feet of floor.
4 · 60–80 minutes: lymphatic drainage, then G5, then vacuum therapy (from session 2–3).
5 · Payment by Zelle or Venmo. No travel fee, ever.
We also cover Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Fairfax, Hancock Park and the Hills. We come in on Santa Monica, Sunset and Fountain.
On your rest day, or after your lightest session. Most WeHo clients lock a fixed weekly slot — same day, same time — and treat it as part of the program.
Two to three sessions can visibly reduce puffiness and sharpen definition — that's fluid, and fluid responds fast. Fat loss in ten days isn't what this is, and we won't pretend otherwise.
Yes — the service is for male clients only. Sessions are performed by licensed massage therapists, both male and female practitioners, based on scheduling.
Almost nothing: about 6×8 feet of open floor for the table, and comfortable clothes. The therapist brings the table, the G5 device, cups, and everything else.
Most clients feel lighter and less puffy after the first visit — that's the fluid clearing out. Lasting change in shape comes with a course, combined with nutrition and activity.
A licensed therapist arrives in West Hollywood with the table and all equipment. Men only · $180 · travel included.
